Unseen Stories
2026 Anthology
Speculative fiction for the inquisitive mind
Why Submit to the Inaugural Anthology?
As our first collective publication, Unseen Stories will be the flagship for the Crypsis Press brand. This is a unique opportunity for emerging authors to get their name into the public eye under a professional imprint without the typical overhead of self-publishing.
The "Collective" Compensation Package
We believe authors should benefit directly from their work. Instead of a small one-time payment, we offer a model designed for long-term ownership:
5 Physical Copies
You will receive five high-quality, professional paperback copies of the anthology upon launch.
Permanent At-Cost Rights
Authors in the anthology gain the right to purchase additional copies of the book at the printing cost (plus shipping) forever.
Keep 100% of Sales
You are encouraged to sell these copies at book fairs, signings, or through your own website. You keep 100% of the retail profit from every copy you sell.
No Submission Fees
For our inaugural anthology, there are no fees to submit or publish. We are looking for the best voices to define the Crypsis aesthetic.
A Note on AI
Submissions written in part or wholly by any form of AI will be rejected, and the submitter will be permanently banned from submitting work to Crypsis Press. Our AI can detect your AI.
